He holds a double Master’s degree in Accounting and is an Associate Member of CPA Australia. With over four years of experience across business operations and public practice, Munim has developed deep expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and client service.

Gregory Blackshaw is ICP Group’s Risk and Safety Consultant, with over 30 years’ experience in security, safety, and policing. He served thirteen years with the West Australian Police Service, including three years in the Regional Operations Group, before moving into the private security sector in 2007.
Greg has specialised in facility and hotel security, dignitary and VIP protection, emergency management, WHS, and risk consulting. As Hyatt’s Security Manager and Corporate Security Specialist Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2020, he led major security upgrades and oversaw security operations for visits by world leaders, celebrities, and major events.
Greg’s consultancy provides expert safety and security risk management services to clients across the mining and energy, transport, construction, hospitality, and banking sectors. He holds formal qualifications in Security, Health and Safety, Emergency Management, Training, Investigation, and Leadership, and has completed specialised training in close protection, advanced first aid, fire safety, and surveillance.

His numerous accolades—including Zen Do Kai Black Belt of the Year (1983) and Instructor of the Year (1986)—reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence. A 7th Dan Black Belt in Zen Do Kai and a World Champion martial artist, Justin has also trained in Muay Thai, Shoot Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kombatan Arnis.
