In all venues I have run, ICP and Nic have been the best operator in security I've ever encountered. It's not just about being tough looking and ejecting or removing problematic patrons. They have a customer service approach which was pivotal in the success of a new cocktail bar. Nic drove revenue whilst seemlessly keeping the venue safe and secure. If i opened another venue I'd only call ICP for any security I need.
